Making the most of your trip to Dubai

While most countries have tourist hotspots that everyone wants to tick off their list while visiting, there are certain countries that have so much to offer that it can be difficult to fit everything you want to see and do into one trip. Dubai is definitely one of these places. This is why it’s so important to be organized and draw up some sort of plan of action before you head away. While you may not be able to do absolutely everything you want, a little self-organization can allow you to fit as many activities as possible into your trip. So, if you’re looking for a little inspiration or struggling to choose one day out over another, here are our top recommendations!

A Helicopter Ride

Dubai is home to some awe-inspiring skyscrapers that can give you incredible views of the country. The Burj Khalifa measures an astounding 828m tall, the Marina Torch towers at 325m, the Cayan Tower is an impressive 307m, and the Burj Al Arab reaches 321m tall in total. That’s not to mention Rose Tower, Sulafa Tower, Elite Residence, and Address Boulevard. But while the viewing decks at the top of many of these buildings can let you see an alternative side to the surrounding locations, there is one activity that will give you an even better view – a helicopter ride. So take a look at some scenic tours via helicopter. They will give you a unique and unobstructed view to remember! Make concierge requests in Dubai to secure a spot on a trip.

Desert Days Out

Now, deserts are often represented as dull. After all, they’re just a vast expanse of sand. But believe it or not, they can provide the perfect spot for an action-packed day out. There are all sorts of desert adventures that you can try out. Whether you fancy keeping things calm with a drive across the dunes in a jeep or be a little more daring with sandboarding, quad biking, or getting behind the wheel of a dune buggy, there will be something to meet your tastes perfectly! Just remember to take along a high SPF sunscreen and to wear something that covers your shoulders to avoid burn when you’re out in the open for extended periods of time.

An Evening at Pier 7

If you’re into fine dining, Pier 7 should cater to you perfectly. This signature building is home to seven different high-class restaurants: Atelier M, Asia Asia, Abd el Wahab, The Scene by Simon Rimmer, Cargo, O Cacti, and Fume. Each restaurant has its own distinct style, and Pier 7 aims to celebrate diversity – something which it achieves perfectly! What’s more? The circular design of the building, which is located on the waterfront, means that you will have beautiful scenes surrounding you as you eat.

While it would be impossible to fit all of the time-worthy activities to try out and places to visit while in Dubai into just one article, these are some of our most recommended! Hopefully, you can fit one or two into your trip!
